Terim:

nuboko

Kanji:

沼矛

Hiragana:

JJ ぬぼこ

Açıklama:

沼 (nu) "bataklık" + 矛 (hoko) "bir tür mızrak". Morihei Ueshiba'nın, ucu sivrice yontulmuş ahlap mızrağa atfettiği isim.

Explanation:

沼 (nu) "" + 矛 (hoko) "a type of spear". A term used by Morihei Ueshiba to refer to the wooden pointy spear.

Not:

Mızrağın ismi, Kojiki'de geçen Ame no Nuboko (天の沼矛) ifadesinden gelir.

Note:

The spear's name comes from a Kojiki phrase, Ame no Nuboko (天の沼矛). In Kojiki, the first gods give Izanagi and Izanami the task of creating lands on the earth, which is a gas/water sphere, and a jeweled spear for this task. Izanagi and Izanami come to the floating bridge (ame no ukihashi) and stir the sea with the tip of the spear while on the bridge. When they lift the spear, a few drops of salty water drip down from the tip of the spear, forming the first landmass, Onogoroshima (淤能碁呂島) Island.
